A tragic road accident occurred on the Dhule–Solapur National Highway in Beed district, Maharashtra, India. A speeding car collided with a tractor-trolley near the Manjheri crossroad at around 10 pm on Tuesday, according to local police reports. The impact of the crash was severe, leaving the front end of the car completely mangled.

The victim has been identified as Jagaloo Hari Sonawane, a resident of Chalisgaon in Jalgaon district. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Three other occupants of the vehicle sustained injuries and were transported to the Beed district hospital for medical treatment.

Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the collision and to assess whether traffic violations or other contributing factors played a role in the incident.
