On Tuesday night, a woman driving a blue Honda with license plates E85-BPC struck a motorcyclist and dragged him several meters at the intersection of Eje 6 Sur and Periférico in the Iztapalapa borough.

Despite attempts by other motorists to stop her, the driver fled the scene, leaving the victim behind. The motorcyclist was later confirmed dead at the scene.

Authorities in Mexico City are reviewing C5 surveillance camera footage in an effort to locate the vehicle involved and identify the person responsible.
