A couple of tourists in Armenia were the victims of an attempted robbery that unfolded within seconds when a man armed with a dagger confronted them. Security footage shows the suspect approaching the pair and initiating an attack.

The woman resisted and managed to defend herself, while a passing motorcyclist intervened to assist. Despite the confrontation, the attacker was able to escape the scene with the help of alleged accomplices who were waiting nearby.

Authorities are reviewing the footage and working to identify the individuals involved.
